Gather around the fire, listen to ancestral izlan — poetic songs passed through generations — and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner prepared with seasonal ingredients. Later, settle beneath the stars as local stories and celestial traditions bring the desert night to life.

Move to the open-air courtyard or rooftop as the evening atmosphere begins to settle. A traditional fire is prepared while local performers arrive, creating an intimate setting illuminated by firelight and the surrounding night sky. Amazigh elders may share tamyart, traditional oral poetry and storytelling, while local musicians perform using instruments such as the bendir, traditional flutes and rhythmic clapping. Traditional dance may also form part of the evening, with guests welcome to participate if they wish.
Gather around a family-style dinner prepared with seasonal Moroccan ingredients. Depending on the menu, dishes may include traditional tagine, fresh khobz, olive oil, seasonal salads and Moroccan desserts such as msemen or sellou. Finish the meal with herbal infusions such as wild thyme, rosemary or orange blossom. Vegetarian and vegan options can be arranged upon request.

The program may vary from one evening to another depending on the performers, season and local conditions. Guests are encouraged to participate respectfully, and flash photography may be restricted during performances. In case of rain or unsuitable weather, the experience can move to an indoor setting around an open fireplace.
